Traci spent the majority of her corporate career with the Colgate-Palmolive Company, where she held HR roles of increasing responsibility, including several  international assignments.  She oversaw training, talent acquisition, people development and change management for a division of over 1200 global employees at Hill's Pet Nutrition, Inc.

Upon leaving Colgate, Traci moved into the consulting space.  Traci served as a Career Consultant and Temporary Career Development Center Manager for several clients of LHH and in 2017, she launched TEB Consulting, LLC to utilize her HR and leadership skills to help non-profits and small businesses. Traci has helped clients with executive recruiting and coaching, HR start-up operations, HR policy work, employee training and development, and has held interim HR leadership roles in a manufacturing facility and a community health care clinic.

Traci holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University and the SHRM-SCP certification from the Society of Human Resource Management.  She is an active member of the Big Horn Mountain Chapter of SHRM.  She has previously served on the board of directors of the Jayhawk Chapter of SHRM, Lawrence Rotary Club and SLI in Kansas.

Traci recently moved her business to Wyoming where she enjoys the mountain views.  In her free time, Traci enjoys walking, hiking, attending fitness classes, volunteering, and traveling to visit friends and family.
