Traci E. Brown is the founder and Principal Consultant.  Traci spent several decades in corporate human resources, the majority of those with the Colgate-Palmolive Company, where she held roles of increasing responsibility, including several international assignments.

In 2017, Traci transitioned from corporate into the consulting space and launched TEB Consulting, LLC.  This allowed her to further utilize her HR and leadership skills to partner with non-profit organizations and businesses of all sizes to meet their unique HR needs. In addition to serving as the on-call HR resource for a number of clients,  she has completed projects in executive recruiting and coaching, HR start-up operations, policy work, employee relations, and interim HR Director roles in a manufacturing facility and a community health care clinic.

Traci holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University and the SHRM-SCP certification from the Society of Human Resource Management. She is an active member of and serves on the Board of the  Big Horn Mountain Chapter of SHRM.  She also serves on the Board of Directors of Compass Center for Families based in Sheridan, WY.

In her free time, Traci enjoys spending time in the Big Horn Mountains, teaching cycle classes at the Sheridan County YMCA, volunteering, and spending quality time with family and friends.
