Traci E. Brown, SHRM - SCP
Founder and Principal Consultant
Traci E. Brown is the founder and principal consultant of TEB Consulting LLC, a Lawrence, KS based firm providing a range of value added human resource consulting services to businesses and nonprofit organizations.
A seasoned human resources professional, Traci spent over twenty years in roles of increasing responsibility at Colgate-Palmolive Company and its subsidiaries, including Hill’s Pet Nutrition, Inc. She has proven results in domestic and international operational HR Director roles, including overseas assignments in Australia, England and the Czech Republic. In her final role at Hill’s, she had global responsibility for training, talent acquisition, people development and driving organizational effectiveness through effective change management projects and communication.
Traci worked at LHH, the world’s leading integrated Talent Development and Career Transition Company as a Career Consultant for several years.
In 2020-2021, Traci served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Heartland Community Health Center in Lawrence, KS, where she gained experience in the health care industry and an appreciation for managing operations during a global pandemic.
Traci is a skilled and experienced facilitator who has successfully delivered courses related to coaching, accelerating effective change and driving team effectiveness. She has versatile experience in the areas of performance management, employee relations, coaching and change management through her various HR leadership roles and participation on project teams.

In her free time, Traci enjoys volunteering, attending fitness classes, walking, traveling and spending time with friends and family.
